Terms of use — Curri MCP

These terms apply to your use of the Curri MCP (Model Context Protocol) server at mcp.curri.com. They supplement Curri's main Terms of Service, which remain the controlling agreement. Where there is a conflict, the main Terms of Service govern except for matters addressed below specific to the MCP server.

What you can do

The MCP server lets an authorized AI client invoke Curri APIs on your behalf within the scopes you grant during OAuth authorization. You may use it to quote, book, and manage deliveries on accounts you own or are entitled to administer.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the MCP server to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other access controls
  • Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that contains personal data of third parties without an appropriate legal basis
  • Probe, scan, or stress-test the server outside of a coordinated arrangement with Curri
  • Resell or sublicense access to the MCP server

Rate limits

The MCP server enforces per-client and per-account rate limits to protect platform availability. Sustained excess of those limits may result in temporary throttling. If your workload genuinely requires higher limits, contact [email protected] so we can evaluate it.

AI-generated outputs

No warranty for AI outputs: The MCP server executes the tool calls your AI client decides to make. We do not review, validate, or guarantee the correctness of any plan, quote, or action an AI agent constructs from tool outputs. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-suggested actions — especially destructive ones such as booking or cancelling deliveries — before relying on them.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke MCP access (including OAuth credentials) without notice for suspected abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms or the main Terms of Service. You may revoke access at any time from your Curri account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Termination does not affect deliveries already booked through the standard Curri platform — those remain governed by the main Terms of Service.

Changes

We will update the “Last updated” date above whenever these terms change. Continued use of the MCP server after a change means you accept the updated terms.
