These terms apply to your use of the Curri MCP (Model Context Protocol) server at mcp.curri.com. They supplement Curri's main Terms of Service, which remain the controlling agreement. Where there is a conflict, the main Terms of Service govern except for matters addressed below specific to the MCP server.
Last updated: May 22, 2026
The MCP server lets an authorized AI client invoke Curri APIs on your behalf within the scopes you grant during OAuth authorization. You may use it to quote, book, and manage deliveries on accounts you own or are entitled to administer.
You agree not to:
The MCP server enforces per-client and per-account rate limits to protect platform availability. Sustained excess of those limits may result in temporary throttling. If your workload genuinely requires higher limits, contact [email protected] so we can evaluate it.
We may suspend or revoke MCP access (including OAuth credentials) without notice for suspected abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms or the main Terms of Service. You may revoke access at any time from your Curri account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Termination does not affect deliveries already booked through the standard Curri platform — those remain governed by the main Terms of Service.
We will update the “Last updated” date above whenever these terms change. Continued use of the MCP server after a change means you accept the updated terms.
