The Curri MCP server is maintained by Curri's integrations team. Reach out any time you hit a problem connecting, an unexpected tool response, or a question about scopes and permissions.

We aim to respond to new requests within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm Pacific). Outside those hours we still monitor for outages and security issues.

What to include

To help us triage quickly, please share:

  • The MCP client you're using (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, custom) and its version
  • The tool name and arguments you called, if applicable
  • The error message or unexpected response you received
  • Your Curri organization name or account email
  • Approximate timestamp (with timezone) of the request

Escalation

For production-impacting incidents, mark your email subject with [URGENT] and we'll route it to the on-call engineer. If you don't hear back within the response window above, follow up on the same thread — replies keep the original ticket in context.

Security: If you believe you've found a security issue, please email [email protected] with [SECURITY] in the subject and avoid posting details publicly until we've had a chance to investigate.
